1. The app

The IPTV PREMIUM WORLD app does not sell or share personal data. It has no ads, analytics tools or third-party tracking.

• The playlist details you add (URL, username, password, MAC address), favourites, history and settings stay only on your device, with credentials encrypted (AES-256, Android Keystore).
• To manage the 14-day trial and the licence, the app only sends our server the device MAC address and the app version. We store the MAC, the date of first contact (start of the trial), the trial end date, the date of last contact and the app version. To prevent abuse, we also keep an irreversible code (hash) of the IP address for a few hours at most.
• Apart from that, the app only talks to the servers the user configures. If you enable "Secure DNS", those server names are resolved by the DNS provider you choose (Cloudflare, Google or Quad9).
• Uninstalling the app deletes all data from the device. The trial record on the server is kept, so the trial cannot be restarted.

Legal basis for the device record: performance of the contract and pre-contractual steps at the user's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the trial (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: while the device uses the app and then for at most 24 months without contact.

2. Registering the MAC on the website

To activate a licence, you register your device in the "Register the MAC" form of the "Activate" section. We store:

• Device MAC address (the identifier shown in the app) and email: required;
• Name and device type: optional;
• your choice about receiving news by email;
• the licence status (plan and end date);
• an irreversible code (hash) of the IP address, only to prevent abuse (we never store the IP in clear).

Purpose: link the device to your licence, activate it and provide support. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). News by email is only sent with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention: while the registration or licence is active and then until you ask for deletion. Processor: data is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages / D1). For internal notices of new registrations, payments and downloads, the device MAC, device type and country may be sent to the controller by email (Resend); your email and name are never included.

3. Payments (PayPal and card)

Payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.), whether you pay with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Card and PayPal account details are entered directly at PayPal: we never see or store them. PayPal processes that data as a controller under its own privacy policy.

On our side we only store: the PayPal order and capture identifiers, the device MAC, the plan, the amount and currency, the payment status, the date and the payer email given by PayPal.

Purpose: activate and extend the licence, customer support and compliance with tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Retention: for the period required by tax and accounting law (usually 10 years).

4. Your rights

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as lodging a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt), or your local authority. To exercise them, contact [email protected].

5. Legal notice

IPTV PREMIUM WORLD is exclusively a media player. The app and this website do not provide, host, sell, distribute or include IPTV playlists, channels, movies, series or any other content.

All content played is entered by the user, through M3U/M3U8 playlists, Xtream Codes accounts or MAC portals provided by third parties. The user is solely responsible for making sure they are legally allowed to access the content they play. We do not support or encourage streaming copyrighted content without the rights holder's permission.
