IPTV PREMIUM WORLD: delete your data

This page explains how users of the IPTV PREMIUM WORLD app (developer: IPTV PREMIUM WORLD) can ask for their data to be deleted.

How to request deletion

1. In the app, open Settings and note your device MAC Address (format 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX).
2. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and your MAC Address.
3. We confirm the request by email and delete the data within 30 days.

Playlists, favourites, history and settings are stored only on your device: uninstalling the app deletes them immediately.

What is deleted

• The device record (MAC Address, trial dates, last contact date, app version).
• The website registration, if any (email, name, device type, marketing choice).
• The licence linked to the MAC Address. Deleting it ends the licence on that device.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records (order ID, amount, date, MAC Address) are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (usually 10 years), and then deleted.
• A minimal record that the free trial was already used on that MAC Address may be kept for up to 24 months to prevent abuse of the trial.
